Valued Data's role and referral compensation

Valued Data provides education, preliminary fit reviews, and introductions to referrals. We are not the purchaser of your data and may receive compensation for qualifying referrals. The purchasing partner and our financial relationship will be disclosed before you authorize an introduction. Eligibility, terms, and payment depend on the purchasing partner's review and your agreement.

What the Opportunity Review is

The Opportunity Review is a free, 20-minute preliminary fit conversation. It is not a valuation, an offer, a promise of any transaction, or a prediction of any outcome. Scheduling a review creates no obligation for either side.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site or in a review is legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice. You are responsible for determining what rights and permissions apply to your records, including client confidentiality and professional-conduct obligations, ideally with your own counsel.

What not to send us

Do not submit confidential records, client information, personal data, account numbers or passwords through the booking form or by email. Describe systems and history in general terms only.

Introductions

We introduce you to a purchasing partner only with your written authorization. Any agreement is between you and that partner. Eligibility, terms and payment depend on the partner's review and your agreement.

The site and reviews are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Valued Data is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a review.
